Phoenix were engaged by Mr. David Carmichael of the Carmichael Group  to construct a 15 prestige home unit development including swimming pool, security garages, port cochere complete with 2 towers (4 storeys) each sitting on a podium basement structure facing Townsville’s iconic “The Strand”. To date the project has provided some of the highest sale values per unit in the North Queensland region. Negotiated tender – Miles Blucher Architects.
