About The Project
Phoenix were engaged by Salvation Army Australia to design and construct a 21 building development for the Townsville Salvation Army Recovery Centre plus an additional DETOX assessment building carried out on 2020. The project was a mix of commercial and residential construction built adjacent to the Townsville Airport on a greenfield site with the project being completed on time and on budget.
