About The Project

Phoenix were engaged by the Manolis Family/GEON to design and construct a new shopping centre comprising a 4000m2 Woolworths, 14 x Speciality shops, new KFC, new Subway and significant external carparking. Project is currently under construction and involved Fire Engineering alternative solutions and continual liasing with existing building tenants (Woolworths, etc) while Stage 1A was constructed. Stage 1B involves demolition of existing building once new Woolworths is operational and construction of new specialty store section while maintaining trade to the newly completed Stage 1A area.
