About The Project

Phoenix were engaged by Mr. Jeff Doyle of the Mendi Group to carry out a 2 storey extension of their existing office/warehouse complex to cater for the growing requirements of their business. The project entailed demolition of existing office building/warehouse sections and installation of new 2 storey addition while maintaining working services for the Mendi Group to operate during construction in adjacent transportable buildings.
