About The Project

Phoenix were contracted by GEON Property Group to design and construct new Bulky goods showrooms over two Stages. Stage 1 and 2 totalling approximately 14,000 m2 plus 8,000m2 of external carparking. National tenants include, Pillowtalk, Beacon Lighting, Tradelink, Greencross Vets and Petbarn. The Fairfield Homemaker Centre is setting the standard for retail in North Queensland. With cutting-edge design, environmentally friendly solar electricity generation, as well as customer-friendly features such as ample car parking, an easy to navigate layout and sun and rain protection from car to entry.
