About The Project
Phoenix were engaged by our client to design and construct a 33 unit, 7 storey complex in CBD with external on grade carparking. The site location was extremely difficult and access limited, however, project was completed on time and on budget. The location provides for great views out to the east of the Townsville CBD and an added benefit was the installation of carparking solar structures to assist in the building energy management.
